Works with Yeasu FT-60r and Chirp

I used this to load channels into my FT-60r. Chirp allows you to edit both memory and 60p regions. You can also adjust the radio settings. I'm glad I bought it.

Does not work with Yaesu VX-3R

Does not work with Yaesu VX-3r. Bought to replace the original USB interface that was lost or hidden somewhere in my cabin. Win 7 USB chip driver downloaded and installed. COM port detected as OK but no communication with VX-3r. The driver CD is useless as the information is in Chinese and a specific driver is not required as the driver provided by Microsoft installed correctly.

Do not buy if you don't want to be disappointed with project

Written by the husband of the Revain account holder who used this account for Prime. There is no way it can do what is advertised. Only two wires are connected inside the case, you need at least three to properly communicate with a 1990's device like this. . I've found many ways online to make my own, but I'm tired of wasting time during the day when I have so many things to do that I only get 4 hours sleep at night and maybe 5 hours on weekends. I have no free time, so enter ready-made goods…
