Ideal for non-petroleum applications

This silicone grease is excellent for brake systems and other applications where a petroleum based lubricant should not be used. It is ideal for application to the sealing surface of shaft seals and ensures longer seal life. longer

As advertised on Greases

If you make brakes this product will last a long time unlike the little bags you get at the auto parts store. For the price this is a great buy, lifetime supply. I used it this weekend seems to be of good quality and a whole tube has gone. Smaller tubes are available.

Pros
  • Greases
Cons
  • Style 90

Great silicone grease for caliper bolts and more!

After failing to check the parts and using some non-silicone greases on your fingers and caliper pads? Do you then spend HOURS and HOURS meticulously disassembling caliper guides and pins to clean and re-grease?! This BIG AGS is 8 oz. tube SAVE THE DAY and lasts long for multiple jobs. If you only do a job or two, you'll get 4 oz. hose instead.

Pros
  • Lube and Lube
Cons
  • Upgradeable

AGS SIL-Glyde hose for 8oz brakes is a good thing

I've been using the smaller 4oz hose for years and it's starting to run out. I bought this 8 ounce tube so I wouldn't run out anytime soon. I use it with all the brakes on our cars. Never had any problems. 8 ounces is big enough for the average auto repair shop, and if you have more than one car, it will last for years. I don't store it on the lid but on the side.

Pros
  • Silent braking operation
Cons
  • Long time
