For me, AirPods Pro don't stay in my ear without those little gems. The only problem is that they have to be removed to load. Dremel and cut holes in the case cover to allow the AirPods to fit into the case with these rubber wings. Turned out great after adding cut outs and shaving the inside of the lid to ensure the perfect fit. I am attaching a few photos for the brave. I prefer functionality over a beautiful case. Disagreements with your ears are subjective as all of our ears are different sizes. They make your charging and carrying case useless as there is no way to get out of it and use the case. So if you use them with a case, you will have to remove and replace them every time they are taken out of the case. Then there is the installation problem. before i got these hooks, while running on the treadmill i had to readjust the airpods pro in my ears literally every minute which made the workout a bit tiring. Okay, so that's a tough question. Perfect solution, but there's one major downside.
