The cover must be removed as a mount and is not hinged to the iPad.

Adding pictures is misleading. The cover is a separate bulky piece that is difficult to remove. This makes for very good coverage, but not very good footing. It doesn't clip down when opened for use, so you're stuck with that big, bulky thing while you sit and use your iPad. It's also difficult to swipe up to switch apps unless you're standing upright. I will use it now but will definitely buy a more practical iPad case or mount.

Poor protection

My son dropped his iPad with this case on and it crashed. He's less than 4 feet tall, so the iPad probably dropped less than 2 feet. This case doesn't offer much protection.

does the job. for computers and accessories

Case seems good, a little thin than I expected but works well. My order got to my house and the packaging was ripped open, like someone had pulled the case out to make sure it wasn't an iPad they were trying to steal. Happened before it was delivered to my house. I have cameras tracking how he delivered it.

Great case for Ipad Air 4

Same quality as Otterbox but half the price. It looks like they are made by the same company, the instructions that went to him had the word Otterbox in the text.
