I have just received my mop. I was sooooo happy to get this item, it was the longest in my cart with another option. I chose this one because of the extra mops. But when I opened it I was very disappointed. Firstly it's smaller than I thought actually no bump is better so it's better to store but this one doesn't have a drain hole and I've looked at other reviews and everyone else has it as well as the top is different hence it is a bit difficult to remove the top to empty and clean the bucket.

As other reviews have mentioned, I used the spray and wipe system prior to this mop and found that it only spreads dirt, not picks it up. I used it once for my all laminate and tile house and I am very satisfied! I've definitely noticed a difference in the cleanliness of floors after using this mop.
