I like that this is an easy to use tool; however not as good at handling multiple accounts or different types of users (such as VIPs). It's very user friendly but could be improved in some areas such as having better features for managing several groups/accounts within one account would make things easier! We are solving issues related to our customer service department by using Aihpel which has helped us resolve many ticket requests from clients who have been contacting us via chat platform…

Excellent Customer Experience Platform

I loved that this had all of my favorite features in one place. This integrated everything we needed to be successful from call center software right up until our CRM. There was not much I disliked about what they offered. It did exactly as promised and has allowed us to get back to doing what matters - taking care of our clients! The only downside is that their mobile apps were very dated compared to other companies out there. We're no longer stuck looking at an outdated UI or having to use…
