They are a bit difficult to assemble. They only give you 2 inches of wire on the bracket and it's a little tricky to line up the screw holes on the bracket with the holes on your control box other than looking great once installed.

Added to stairs after my boys broke our more decorative fixings due to rough housing. Although they look a bit industrial, they give off good light and have a low profile to avoid nerf darts and messy clothes flying around. The streamlined appearance goes well with our style. I have no complaints!

We have a utility room behind the garage that has always been dark and dirty. I replaced my existing lamps with two of these in about 20 minutes and now the hallway is so much brighter and more fun! There was enough light and we found that we had to repaint the hall, so it's looking really good now!

As mentioned, installing these lights was a bit of a hassle. We had to drill new holes for the square boxes they were mounted on but they look very nice. They light up the stairwell so well - not too bright and nestle snugly against the wall. I was surprised to see that they were white when I opened the box; I may have misread the description, but that's not a problem; they are quite attractive.

They look good and appear to be very strong and well made. A bit dim with equivalent 40 watt bulbs, but you get used to it. One of the G9 Volts was defective. Tried both lamps with the same result (very low light output, more like a 14 watt nursery than a 40 watt nursery). I had to run to Home Depot to buy a replacement, which cost me about $8 with sales tax included.

Much better product than I expected. My ceiling where the old wall light was installed leaves only about 4 inches for mounting the light. This makes it difficult to screw in the upper screw. I used the tip of the cross insert to tighten the screw. patio and I mounted it vertically. This made tightening the mounting screws much easier. Bought these to replace 3 of our obsolete hall lights. It was difficult to find a light large enough to cover our existing standard round boxes. They cover great and look very pretty. However, the 9W G9 6000k bulbs are too bright for a hallway. My daughter said it was like a portal to another universe and my wife said it was like hospital lights. The headlights themselves are good, I would like a larger version, maybe with two bulbs inside with dimmable bulbs in the kit. I had some issues with the mount. First is screwing it to the box, there are a lot of holes on the bracket but 2 of my (newer) boxes had spacing issues so only one screw is holding them to the box, the other old box worked fine.
