The Neo Premium Classic A series is a premium non-inverter model with a new design, high energy efficiency class and compressor noise isolation, which reduces the noise level of the outdoor unit. The air conditioners are equipped with fully automatic 4D AUTO Air blinds, which makes it possible to adjust the air distribution completely according to your desire using a remote control. All models of the NEO Premium Classic A series are equipped with a 5-speed indoor unit fan and a refrigerant leakage function. The multi-speed fan allows you to flexibly adjust the air speed - from a weak puff to a powerful stream that can cool or warm the room in a matter of minutes. Refrigerant leakage indication appears as an error code on the display of the indoor unit, helping to detect the problem in time and prevent the breakdown of the split system. A comprehensive filtration system is responsible for indoor air quality. It includes an ULTRA Hi Density filter, a Silver Ion filter, a photocatalytic filter and a Cold Plasma Ion Generator that kills viruses and neutralizes toxic substances and prevents the spread of infectious diseases.

I am satisfied with everything, both price and quality, I advise you to buy.

I took a more powerful model for a power reserve, but 7k would be enough, and the work would be quieter. They don’t lie about 31dB, in 7ke 26

Pros
  • Design, options, it is possible to install a Wi-Fi unit for control through the application from the phone
Cons
  • even at the lowest speed it blows quite strongly and noisily. in another room there is a similar 7ka, that one is almost silent at the minimum

I like the product, the quality did not disappoint.

The air conditioner works which is a plus. But, I ran into the problem of selecting a WiFi module for this model. Technical support does not work at all, it’s just not possible to send them a letter through the site, they give another phone number by phone, they have another office dealing with the climate, and they haven’t picked up the phone there for the third day already. The desire to buy Hisense products is no more. I hope this review is helpful to someone.

Don't buy it, it's not what it should be.

I do not know good or bad, but for reference. At an outside temperature of >28, the temperature of the air blown out (on the curtains) is 10.5-11.5 degrees, at an outside temperature of 24 degrees - the temperature of the air blown out is 8.5-9.5. Room 22 square in the heat > 27 degrees cools no lower than 24.5 degrees. WiFi module is sold separately and costs 3800-4500s.

  • Poor support, consider that it is not. There is no phone on the site, they do not answer through the OS on the site. "Blowing" of wind inside the indoor unit. Every 3-5 seconds, inside the air, as if it is strongly twisted and stops coming out (literally for a fraction of a second), this causes a constant unpleasant sound. Not very working ifeel function (thermometer in the remote control, which determines the temperature). Because remote control is infrared, then for this function it is necessary that the remote control is always strictly directed to the condo, hence its functionality is hardly realizable. And I fell for it when choosing a model :(
