Reviewing B2B sales process automation solution

I like how it is easy for customers to communicate through messaging platform and call center agents could easily resolve issues related to my business services. The cost seems high compared to competitors but it's understandable considering the features offered are premium ones. It would be great if there is an option to have live chat feature to allow us to interact with potential clients even when we're not available online. We can get instant feedback about our product or service from the…

A really top tier service providers with many thanks again

We've been using AIvo for several years now from when they were just starting out until today - we see them mature into an excellent technology provider who deliver consistently valuable services which are often better than our internal systems! They have always done what you would expect from any quality tech supplier; great team culture & high level support staff. I'd highly recommend anyone looking at this space to take a look very seriously. No real issues at present but it's good to know…
