Completely wrong depth measurement. The description says it's 18 inches deep, but it's actually 16 inches. Planned to use it to showcase the statue but now I need to use it for something else. The seller needs to correct the measurements so buyers know what they are actually getting.

The bench came without nuts, bolts and instructions. I left two voicemail messages and sent an email but am still waiting for a response from Alaterre (it's been almost a week since I last tried to contact the company). It seems like a good bench and I really don't want to bother sending it back but if they can't provide the materials needed to assemble it the bench is useless.

The back didn't slide properly into the grooves leaving a gap between the side and the back at the back. I wanted a small hallway unit that could be used as a bench and storage. It works very well. It's very durable - I feel completely safe sitting on it to take off my shoes or whatever. The two doors open nice and wide, big enough for me to put a basket on each side for gloves, hats etc and when I need something the basket pulls out easily.
