Great software, great customer service

I like that albaccore can be used for both billing companies as well has insurance providers! It's very user friendly once your in it is easy enought o navigate around all of there features!! Sometimes when i am looking at different things with my client they dont always show up right away so its hard finding what part im trying too look through but if u know where everything goes just go into each section until ur happy then click next page till done. Excellent CRM Solution and fantastic Customer Service

I like that albaccore's product is so easy for us as an agency implementation team because it has all of our processes in one place with minimal training required! We've been able build out several new deals at once through this software which was not possible before (or only very difficult). It would be nice if we could have more control over certain aspects but overall their support staff are amazing!! Their customer service department goes above & beyond what any other vendor can offer. I…

Great solution to control and manage large volumes, various projects !

We were able implement albcross for our organization in just 3 weeks time as it was already working perfectly while we started using other solutions which took months of testing with no success - very quick implementation & good support from partners during such transition period would definitely be one thing I am looking forward too when moving into this space! Would love if there could have been some better documentation but then overall experience has met expectations so far!! Nothing much…

Amazing Customer Relationship Management Software

I like that they are constantly improving their product by listening directly from customers via surveys or feedback sessions in meetings with users of albcross. It's good for companies who don't have many resources yet want an amazing CRM system available at affordable rates without much investment needed upfront! Not anything too particular since there is nothing i dislike about it currently other than maybe some minor bugs which aren;t really issues but could be considered "enhancements" as
