Description of ⚡ Effortless GPIO Connectivity: Alchemy Power Inc. Pi-EzConnect – Seamlessly Link Raspberry Pi 4, Pi 3, and More with GPIOs and Sensors

Use the Raspberry Pi to its full extent. Connect multiple GPIOs to multiple sensors and other electronic devices using Pi-EzConnect. Solder connections for power (5V, 3.3V, Ground). Solder connections for other components (a mini breadboard). Solderless connections for all GPIO, power (5V, 3.3V, Ground). Compatible with Raspberry Pi 40 pin header definition and HAT format. Works with 40 pin header Raspberry Pi e.g. Pi-2, Pi-3 as well as Orange-Pi, Digi ConnectCore and other computers which follow 40 pin HAT format.

Processing not so great but usable for the price

Had to send back the first one because the soldering was very bad. The ground terminals were not connected and at least one (G4/P7) had no continuity between the screw terminal and the contact pin. Looking at the solder joints with a jeweler's loop, I could see that many of the connections were not fully soldered. The overall quality isn't that great. However, the form factor is good and the device is very usable, so I bought a second device that is suitable for my purposes. I would buy another

Nice concept, but now there are better options.

I've been using this product (or a version of it) for our Holiday LightShow Pi for 2 years now. It's safe and secure. No problem. I would like to get an update now because GPIO labels are very hard to read. And unless you're placing the wiring blocks "just for fun," there's a good chance the blocks themselves will hide the GPIO silkscreen labels. Nobody wants to mess up GPIO connections! There are better options than this.

  • Good stuff

Good breadboard

This board was great. I had half a dozen I2C controlled devices and used a breadboard to use them all that came with the Sunfounder car model kit. Everything stays cool on the table until it moves, and then when it's placed on the floor it takes a foot for a wire or two to come loose. This easily solved the wiring issues and the screw connections proved great at fixing wiring issues.

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Hard to say

Good box, very bad labels.

I like this concept. This can be very helpful. However, the stencil marking of pins on the board is very poor. The labels are cut off in many places and/or hidden under the screw blocks. The font is also very small. It is often difficult to tell which contact is which contact. As a result, I had to scan the board to an 8.5x11 photo, and even then it's difficult to find the correct pin.

Pros
  • Large selection

I love this HAT. for computers and accessories

This HAT gives me a more convenient connection platform to test and use my Raspberry Pi projects without worrying about pulling the connectors out of the pins. I would have given it 5 stars but the connector badges on one side were partially obscured by my mount. Wasn't a big problem, the GPIO numbers were visible but the physical contact # was closed. The biggest problem I have is using it on my Raspberry PI 4. The HAT is preventing the fan from installing properly. I'm using my Pi as an SDR…

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • May damage
