I wear women's size 5 and they fit like a glove. I wore them on holiday in New Zealand and Australia where we walked a lot. They were comfortable and perfect for any wet spots along the trail as they dried quickly. If you run on rocky rather than sandy terrain, be aware that small stones can get stuck in the holes in the ground, but they're easily removed later with tweezers and won't sink in. so far away that you can feel them as you walk.

I bought these for my 6 year old son. They are lightweight and have removable padding. I ordered 1/2 size up because I read they run small. This is not the case with us, they are actually too big. I won't be returning them because he will grow in them, but not as fast as I need to. They are beautiful and breathable, water can drain easily.
