Works great and easy to use!

I had several pairs of old jeans and pants that were either stained or down the knees and I thought they would make great summer shorts if I cut off the legs. Thing is, I don't sew. With this tape, the problem is solved! I took a pair of frayed Levises and cut off the legs, turned them inside out and wrapped a few strips of this ribbon around each leg, removed the lining and folded over. I pressed the hem on all sides and it worked great. They have held up well after washing and tumble drying…

Excellent adhesion for costumes

I'm making a cosplay costume for someone all out of stretchy faux leather. Although the packaging says it's not suitable for stretch synthetics, it had an appliquΓ© of the same fabric. I used masking tape and cut it to shape (with paper backing after gluing it to the back edges of the applique. Yes, you lose stretch, but I didn't care. The bond seems strong. Sew not about it as it's quite thick and will surely glue your needle together if you get through at all As for some of the other reviews I

Simple, easy to use, great results.

I wanted to cut and hem a shower curtain to fit in a glass block bathroom window alcove when a little more privacy was needed, but I didn't want the hassle of hemming the curtain myself. I decided to buy one of these tapes. When I saw that this product doesn't even need ironing, I had to try it. I was amazed at how easy it was to use.
