The Mazda3 hatchback does not have a trunk release button on the remote, it was a relief to find rubber grommets for my remote without this button. The Mazda 3 sedan has this button and I didn't want to buy a car with a cover for a button that doesn't exist. They are very easy to put on, protect my bunch of keys and look very nice.

I love this key case. I've received others before and I'm fine with them. But this is one I'll probably order again when I need it. The keychain I received was missing a key part. So I have to find a replacement. But that closes it and provides a hole so I can attach it to my keychain. It fits great and feels great in my hand. It's not slippery or difficult to handle.
