I used this to save some money. I couldn't hitch a trailer directly to my truck. But it slipped in unnoticed and all my headlights work, great! Excellent quality. I just wrapped the extra around my horse trailer wheel lift and here we go, go, go.

I use this on my 2003 F250 SuperDuty to extend the hitch hook from the fifth wheel socket in the body to the receiver under the rear bumper. Saved me from running some wires when I wanted to use a gooseneck trailer as a last resort.

I have a 4ft extension, this is a very long length that I wrapped around. This is great, when I'm not using the extended hitch I can unhook the camper from the truck and drive it into the camper to charge the batteries. Great price, very thick and very nicely finished.

Needed an extension for my new truck which was a one ton dump truck with a hidden gooseneck hitch. This extension allowed me to leave the plug under the body but still be able to pull a regular tag along the trailer. Worked great. Great product! Fast delivery and made from quality materials. Started using Trailer Toad behind the camper to reduce the stress on the bus frame. Need a wire harness to connect my trailer to the RV power outlet. I thought I might have ordered a strap longer than I needed, but found that length was just what I needed.

Connect, turn on all the lights, turn on the turn signal and see: wow! Tried reconnecting both harness connectors and carefully reinstalling. Nothing yet. I pulled out this harness and put in the original harness, everything works (but too short). I had to send it back and am now looking for a replacement. I think I'm one of the few who had the problem, but I've tried multiple times to get it working to no avail. Brakes, headlights, etc. are too important to play with!

This is my second review. The first review I posted a few months ago is still not showing. The quality and price seemed good to me when I bought it. Unfortunately, I didn't try it until after the return window. When I tried to use it I found that it was broken. It will not carry the current load for a small trailer. The reading with an ohmmeter/voltmeter showed continuity, but with the trailer connected only a few LEDs on the dashboard barely lit. The separate extension cord worked perfectly.

When I first started using this extension, I noticed that all the headlights on my trailer weren't working. After jiggling the connections on the extension some of them worked but not all. I took a cargo trailer for a quick test drive and within 5 minutes the trailer disconnected warning light on my truck came on.
