It looked like a very fun project but when I opened the box there was no glycerin in it. The perfume bottle was loosened and spilled. Cannot return due to quarantine. All I really need is glycerin. I'm really confused. I really wanted to do this project with my grandson.

Nice bath project

My girls are obsessed with bath bombs so we thought this would be a fun project. We had fun, but it's a messy project. My 5 and 7 year olds had trouble holding shapes but managed with my help.

Cons

Fun for 9 year old girls

Would give 5 but it takes the whole product to get results and we just wanted to do a little now and save a little for later. The instructions said nothing, so the bombs were too wet. Added our own baking soda because we didn't want to open other packaging. Will buy this again but now we know how to share the recipe.

Pros
  • Practical
Cons
  • Almost everything is there

Big failure! suitable for bathtubs and bath accessories

It was a real disaster. I don't know what we did wrong, but we ended up with a seething mess that couldn't take shape. Bubbles everywhere. Table stains are also difficult to remove.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Worries me

They won't blow up your bathtub

Due to a planned bathroom renovation I bought this to demolish our old cast iron bathtub. I was hoping these bath bombs would break the cast iron into smaller, more manageable pieces. Unfortunately, they were very inefficient.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • No effect

Great bonding gift - Bath Bombs

This was a lot of fun with the recipe. She had no complaints. It was cheap, well packaged and delivered well. The instructions are easy to follow and the end result is very cute. I gave it four stars because they tend to crumble and then dissolve in water rather than sticking together and dissolving as a unit. Nonetheless, it was great fun and a great gift.

  • So far so good

Waste of money good personal care item

This was bought for my daughter as a birthday gift and we just found time to make it. We followed T's instructions and it was just an epic failure. The first time I tried to shape one, it was clearly too watery, so I added more cornstarch as suggested. The second time, after adding the cornstarch, I was only able to pop one side of the bomb out of the mold and it kept falling apart. I really feel like this particular brand is rubbish but I was at least hoping to get 1 working. The whole set is…

Pros
  • Bath Bombs
Cons
  • Only available in white

Don't try to buy this, it's a waste of money. I read a few reviews before trying it as some said that baking can fix things when things get boring. Well, I followed the instructions to the last detail and I ended up with a very wet mush that I can't even shape with a donut mold. So I just hand formed the blocks and let them air dry. At least I still get a working bath bomb. but wrong! Eventually they dry up and get hard, but then they don't sizzle like a bath bomb and the chocolate smell is…
