This neck cream makes my neck look like crepe paper!

This neck cream is terrible. My neck feels drier and more like crepe paper than other products I've used before. Unfortunately I missed the window to get it back so I had to leave it but it was a waste of money. The hand cream isn't bad, but it's no better than any other product I've used. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY! It's useless and will make your neck worse.
