Although I didn't buy mine from Revain these batteries are a waste of money. The initial voltage is 1.53 V, but after a relatively short time in my bell chamber they were discharged. Charging only got them to 1.34v, but after not using them for two days the voltage dropped to 1.2v. They were NOT charged with a 1.2v charger.

After 3.5 years of faithful service, my weather station stopped communicating. It turns out that the average life of such alkaline batteries is about 3 years. This set was an inexpensive replacement and appears to be working well. Time will tell - I hope they hold up because my station is on the roof and I hate climbing up there!
