The best at all! - Small appliances

This pressure cooker is the best cookware I have. He is so heavy and so smart, thank you all dressed up. Surprisingly, the lid weighs more than the pot. It's pretty amazing. I highly recommend it.

The most beautiful pressure cooker I have ever owned!

To be honest my only complaint is that I would have preferred the 8 liter to the 6 liter! The top is permanently attached, which is fine too, but every other one I've had came off completely. So far I've only cooked rice in it, but it worked as expected and the rice turned out perfect.

Poor quality food burns

The bottom of the pan is not thick enough and has an irregular shape, which can cause food to burn. I read this in a review and thought the person probably can't cook. Not correct. This is very disappointing from All Clad, which used to be considered a symbol of quality. I wish there was an option for the bank: I'm happy to pay more for the best. Another problem is that the pressure doesn't ramp up to 13-15 high. It only goes up to 12, which defeats the purpose of a pressure cooker!

Positive notes on technology

A couple of points. The lid and controls are pretty well designed, especially the high-hat black plastic edges for ease of use. I also liked the use of real buttons instead of membranes and didn't miss the detailed lists of product types in other brands' menus. I like that the lid is easy to remove and the helpful instructions are there. I also liked the check box and manual depressurization routine. I have been using Fagor and other modern stoves for many years. I recently tried Brevilleโ€ฆ
