Review on 🍲 All-Clad PC8 Precision Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker, 8.4-Quart Capacity, Silver by Ray Cole

The bottom of the pan is not thick enough and has an irregular shape, which can cause food to burn. I read this in a review and thought the person probably can't cook. Not correct. This is very disappointing from All Clad, which used to be considered a symbol of quality. I wish there was an option for the bank: I'm happy to pay more for the best. Another problem is that the pressure doesn't ramp up to 13-15 high. It only goes up to 12, which defeats the purpose of a pressure cooker!
