Great game for all generations!

I really needed a fun game without too many "tokens" or rules to play with our kids of different ages. We have 6 children between the ages of 28 and 14. It was literally everything I was looking for. We played the day we got it! We had a blast! There is only one thing I would like to point out that doesn't make it 100% perfect. If you try to answer the questions of your generation, they will really be questions about things that happened at the time you were born that you may not know as much…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Everything is great

Limited fun, too limited content areas

We are a family of players. We love games of all kinds. This game is disappointing and not as fun as Up. Firstly, there is only 1 answer and you have to get 3 out of 5 questions right to even get a grade, which is difficult. Second, all of the questions seem to touch on some limited areas more than others. For example, almost all Gen Z cards have a few questions about rap. We don't like rap at all, so our Gen Z'ers don't have a chance to score. We changed the game so that each member of the…

Fun family game (with some modifications)

Our family (2 baby boomers and 2 millennials) really enjoyed this game; However, we came up with our own way of playing, so that not all cards in a deck are used more often than others. We are divided into 2 teams, in each case older and younger. We'll start with Baby Boomers in Round 1, Gen X in Round 2, Millennials in Round 3, and Gen Z in Round 4, and then play in that order throughout the game. As this is a 2 person team, we play in such a way that you have to answer 4 questions correctly…

Pros
  • nice touch
Cons
  • speed

We all turn Trivial Pursuit into a series of questions that make no sense to most players, especially the whole family. Separating players by generations is cool and allows family members to compete fairly with all age groups. The only limitation of the game is the rating, which can be significantly improved. The way I think about the game, since the player only has 30 seconds to answer the five questions on the card, the points should increase with each correct answer: 1 point, then 2 points…

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Clarity
