These All Health patches are similar in price and performance to patches. After 24 hours of wear, even in the shower, it held up decently. The edge on one side is starting to peel off and there are also some signs of wear. Again, this is about what I would see in the Band-Aid brand. The adhesion is stronger than other brands. I recently had surgery and needed to have a drainage port and tube installed for 3 weeks. When the tube was removed there was a hole in my side that needed protection until it healed and closed. At first I used large pads and tape but was able to quickly switch to these strips over the next 10 days or so while the hole was closing up.
