It's true I don't tremble from what I like. Which also means I've never felt "pumped" or energized. It doesn't upset my stomach, the flavor is very strong so I double the amount of water, it's still the best pre-workout flavor I've found. Not a huge difference in my performance, I mostly used it as caffeine to get me through the last half of my workday.

I have never done a pre-workout before, mainly because I keep hearing and reading how jittery pre-workouts can make you jittery. I didn't have that experience with it. In fact, this is an all-in-one pre-workout: caffeine, fat-burning properties, amino acid-packed amino acids, and a pleasant taste. I prefer to drink on an empty stomach during cardio.
