Perfect Bandages in Bandages

Allevyn Gentle Edge Bandages are perfect for a variety of medical needs. They were given to me when I was in the hospital, I found them on Revane and have been using them ever since. They are easy to apply and stay in place. I recommend Allevyn Border Dressings to everyone!

Ideal for burns and scratches

Used for second degree burns. The seal does not stink of the skin, I like the padding very much. They are expensive so you don't need to use anything else to cover the area. Hold up well, love the padding. Used for a very bad scrape on elbow, felt and slipped on pavement. Stayed in place and there is a lot of movement in the elbow. Always keep at hand.

Adhesive, well filled, easy to remove.

We have used these dressings on a very sensitive wound and they are by far the best dressings we have ever used. They stick well. However, when you first put it on, it may rise a bit until your body heat helps the glue stick. They are well padded for areas that need more protection. They don't tighten the skin (for those allergic to everything else) and don't even hurt when tightened.

Great First Aid Bandage

We used these bandages on my husband after his back surgery. They gave the area a bit of softness and kept it dry even when showering. They didn't stick to the cut or irritate the skin like most bandages. I wore them for 2 weeks. Highly recommended, even if it's expensive. You get what you pay for. We needed a soft, waterproof bandage that wouldn't irritate his skin, and we got it.

Excellent remedy for wounds

The house nurse sawed father's hand. A fair amount of skin was torn off and we used 4x4 bandages with antibiotic ointment every day. She gave us one of Allevin's bandages and said they were better. God, was she ever right. Soft, comfortable and can be worn with antibiotic ointment for up to 5 days. Just don't let him get dirty with a leaky wound. In this case, you should of course change more often. Sticks great. Clean the wound and let the skin dry. I usually wait a few minutes. Then put on a…
