I appreciate the packaging was strong and arrived in perfect condition. The delivery was quick and on time. The ink cartridges fit my Brother printer and are many times cheaper than branded ink! Glad to find a replica product that is cheaper but matches this printer. I've bought cartridges in the past that didn't work, but they were accepted by my printer with no problems and worked great. Free print again, not rare print due to ink cost.

I have a new Brother printer that I installed a few months ago. This is my first ink change and it couldn't be easier. I am pleased with the quick delivery and the obvious quality of the ink. Time will tell how long they last but they appear to be of high quality and a lot cheaper than the original Brother ones.

Installed perfectly, no problems. Aside from the printer not recognizing cartridges (indicated with a "?" in the status color bar), they work just as well as branded cartridges. Shipping via Prime was fast. I highly recommend these cartridges.

I bought these because Prince was really good compared to real Brother inks. Although it was extremely easy to install and the black, yellow and cyan colors worked great with the printer (although there is a "?" above the ink indicator), Magneta ink is not compatible with the Brother MFC-J491DW printer that I have got , and it doesn't work at all. Very poorly made, I leaked when I opened the packaging, cartridges were inside. They came out of a small hole in the front, not the hose that supplies ink to the printer. I live at over 5000 feet. This is not uncommon. My guess is that they were probably packaged at a lower elevation and it was impossible to remove the stickers from the bottom face of the tube.

After reading some negative reviews I was hesitant to try them. But for the price I thought it was worth the risk. I was positively surprised! I followed the enclosed instructions, it worked immediately as advertised. I will buy them again. A good thing!

I like the price of these ink cartridges compared to a well known brand and I really don't see any difference in print quality. My only complaint is that the printer keeps saying there isn't enough ink to print when the cartridge is still 1/2 full. I still think it's more profitable than buying a famous brand!
