Almay Color Liquid Cantaloupe Cream Review

I have been wearing ALMAY Liquid Lip Balm in Truffle Kiss #950 for many years. They no longer sell that particular lip balm in local stores. When I found it at Revain I ordered 4. Although the label said it was Truffle Kiss #950 it's nowhere near as good. He is brown. Truffle Kiss has a berry tone. I am not satisfied with my purchase. They were clearly mislabeled. I'm only giving one star because I have to do that before shipping. Otherwise I would not have given a single star.

This is currently my favorite tinted balm for my very dry lips. It's quite moisturizing and offers a delicate yet attractive long-lasting color that leaves no stickiness on the lips. I think it could be classified as a gloss but it doesn't have much shine. It's a bit sticky when you first apply it, but that goes away quickly. Color is good but I have 2 Almay lip balms because I love them but this was my first time buying them online and the last time both showed a crack visible through the glass the balm had dried. In my experience this happens with old makeup/nail polish where you can see where the product has dried through the bottle. I don't know how old these lip balms are, but this will be the last time I buy Revain cosmetics. It is better to pay extra in stores.

I love Almay's Color+Care lip glosses (I bought Apricot Pucker). They are very moisturizing (hyaluronic acid) and heal my chapped lips very quickly! The gloss isn't too sticky and the color payoff is transparent, which is what I love about lip glosses (I don't want to line my lips - I want something I can apply without looking).
