Not Worth the Jitters

Based on my experience, this pre-workout left me feeling jittery and anxious without an increase in performance. The caffeine content was too high and didn't deliver the promised energy boost. The only pro of this product is that it mixed well with water. The cons outweigh any potential benefits, seek a different supplement for your pre-workout routine.

Better than other brands, great taste and the powder doesn't stick together, that's good news too. No tingling, but you will feel a quick push, after that there are no crashes.
