I like how fast they respond when you send in your request for an account/subscription set up, or if there is anything else wrong within their systems (usually resolved very quickly). I like the fact that they are a non-profit organization. They really care about the people they serve. The ability for employees of any level in our organization can use this platform without having an IT background or technical knowledge! Our team is still growing, but I have not found anything so far we dislike about using Google Apps/Alphabet tools such as G-Suite including Gmail & Calendar (it's basically free).
