Conversation Flow really helped ramp and scale quickly

I can use my own data to train bot conversations without having access to large amounts of training examples. You have all you need in one place when it's time to build your first conversation! It took me some getting used to but now that everything is laid out clearly, building an intent model has been straightforward. The documentation could be better -- there are many sections where things don't seem quite right (e.g., what does this mean?) so take advantage of those links at the bottom of

Very good integration between client and server

Our organization is looking to have an automated solution in place that can handle all our business requirements for Customer Support, Marketing Automation, Content Management System (CMS), etc., without having any manual intervention required at this end by us.
