For the money this bag seems like a much more expensive suitcase, hauler or three times the price. It has good zippers, good hardware, very smooth and expensive leather surfaces. Sturdy bag. The reason for my four star rating is that the laptop sleeve gets in the way of the case. Entry/exit is not easy. Also, I could easily do without the file divider and get more use out of the zippered mesh pocket. Otherwise, it would be nice to be able to remove the folder separator (via Velcro).
