Bought for my son, he likes it, uses it almost every day. The small round knobs around the front and back of the speaker are loose and one is missing. Probably fallen off. The sound is good and offers sufficient volume. Bluetooth connects very well to a laptop over a long distance. However, when connected to a smartphone, you cannot hold the mobile phone more than a few feet away or you experience disconnects.

This speaker isn't very loud and the company has terrible customer service. A few months after purchasing this item, the speaker started crackling. The battery takes about 2 days to charge and discharges in four to six hours. When I ordered this product I purchased an extended four year warranty. The company refuses to refund my money. Save yourself the trouble and get something better! I recommend buying an 808 lxs speaker. About the same price but MUCH louder and better quality.

This speaker is AMAZING. It's so loud and you don't have to turn it hard to hear what you're playing. The bass is also very good. It's durable and good for car rides, boat trips, going to the beach, listening to music in the bath, and pretty much anywhere else! I used it to play music during Thanksgiving and it was loud enough for us in the kitchen and for everyone in the dining room. I would love to get this as a gift, so be sure to buy it for anyone who can use the speaker!

I've had this for more than a year, it's just great! The sound quality is above my expectations and I am very picky when it comes to sound quality. I got the first from Academy Sports and the second from Revain because I don't live near the Academy. The second sounds like crap! It sounds with the slightest treble and the bass just seems empty. My first one would get 5 stars so I'm giving it 3 stars because my second one is of such poor quality.

The speaker sounds very good and can be quite loud for its size. It's definitely waterproof, I've tested it repeatedly and dropped it a few times and it survived easily without missing a hit. It says you can charge your device via USB on the back, which is true, but I'd be surprised if it wasn't one of the slowest ports for charging. My only complaint is that the LED indicators are set to charge and power on/connect, nothing tells you that the battery is running low before the speaker dies.

I bought this particular item because it said the mounting bracket was included. He came when stated. But the mount wasn't included. I contacted the number on the box and was told it would be mailed to me in about 2 weeks. But then I was informed that these were indeed additional mounts and they were not available but I was able to buy them as they are universal. It takes time to fully charge, but the charge lasts for a while, so it is balanced. Sounds good to me and I love that I can actually use it to charge other devices. The waterproofing works fine, have dipped it in the pool a couple of times to try with no problems. UPDATE: This works really well with music and podcasts, but I've had a lot of issues with audiobooks. What happens is that during a book the speaker skips the first word of a sentence, paragraph or chapter. Now this doesn't happen…
