As a regular customer of this particular pillow, I was disappointed to see that the new one I received didn't have the weight or support of my previous Edow pillow. Compared to my old Edow, this was an old one that was supposed to be flat but turned out to be the other way around. I suspect they reduce the capacity to save money.

For this price the pillow is excellent. It looks durable, keeps its shape and is very comfortable to support your back while watching TV. Sleeping on it is a different story. I definitely didn't feel like sleeping on a cloud. Your head will drop a little and then the spot will start to harden. I often woke up because my ear started to hurt. I love soft and thick pillows over flat ones and this pillow is bulky but not super soft.

I was looking for a very soft pillow that could be folded and manipulated. I don't like very fluffy pillows, but I just need a little support for my neck. I mostly sleep on my side and like it when I can fold down a soft pillow. This pillow is BIG. It is very fluffy and does not shrink easily.
