Protects against gophers and moles

Good quality wire. I used it under my newly planted lawn to keep moles away. You really need stainless steel wire. Cheap wire from a box store will rot in 5 years (I learned the hard way).

Pros
  • Cloth for fittings
Cons
  • Not safe

Decent quality, good for building materials

Much more expensive than galvanized mesh for hardware, but stainless steel should be more durable. The welds also feel strong, which is not always the case with welded wire. No complaints except that I wish it wasn't made in China.

Pros
  • Building materials
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Looks good from afar. I put 2*. If it stays the same, I can further increase the rating. ---- Original Review 1* ---- I decided to leave some of this netting flat on my lawn to straighten it out. Surprise, the next day a few familiar rust spots stared at me. How rust free is it? I guess it doesn't matter that it's…
