Based on my observations, these are one of the most efficient and durable router cutters I've ever used. They make smooth cuts on all types of wood .The carbide tips ensure precision and longevity. However, they can be a bit pricey compared to other brands. Overall, they are worth the investment for any serious woodworker..
Pros
Extremely durable and long-lasting due to the carbide tipped material.
Cons
The high-quality material makes it a more expensive option compared to other surface router cutting tools on the market.
We used this to remove a cracked hard shell (thick plastic similar to Corian) from our van. We made a guide out of straight 2x4 material. Uses a 2 1/4 HP cutter set at 12,500 RPM. Amana recommends 2 1/2 hp, but ours did the job. It took a while to work out the 1-inch lip on the sink, but I think that was mainly due to HP's low router. Very happy with the results.
