Amana Tool 46020 K Spektra Compression: Superior Cutting Performance for Precision Woodworking Review

I recently purchased a router bit in the "Cutting Tools" category for my industrial and scientific application. After I put it to the test, I was extremely disappointed with the results. The bit failed to provide clean cuts and left jagged edges on my material. While it may have worked better for hobby use, for a professional setting, it simply did not make the cut. The only positive aspect was the affordable price point, but unfortunately, that couldn't make up for the poor performance.

I use this on Thermwood CNC cutting machines. I usually get 25-30 sheets of Columbia 1/2 UV plywood and a few bits of Hi ib MDF. I've cut at least 40 plywood and 15 MDF and the cuts are still great.

The most durable bits I've ever used! Holds sharp edges for 2-3 months with heavy half-daily use. I like the very short cutout for stained plywood. The only downside is that even at 1/4" to 3/8" of travel it screams like a banshee. Although I always make a final pass to clear up any chatter.
