A Game-Changer for Router Bits

After trying this spoilboard surfacing flycutting cutting tool, it's clear that it's a total game-changer for router bits. The precision and quality of the cutting are outstanding, making it an ideal tool for industrial and scientific cutting needs. The surface finish left by this bit is smooth, clean, and professional-grade, making it highly recommended for those who take their project quality seriously.

Pros
  • Precision cutting, excellent quality, fantastic finish for industrial and scientific needs.
Cons
  • Price can be prohibitive for those on a tight budget.

1/4 " shank?!?! Too small!

Why on earth would you only want a 1/4" shank on a tool this size use?!? Great blades but the shank is really too small for this tool. VERY easy to break. Ours broke pretty quickly.

Pros
  • Milling Machine Parts and Accessories
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Does not smooth 1.5 " more like 1 "

Purchased for CNC. Firstly, I really like the drill, it cuts very well. Now for the bad: While the tool is 1 1/2" wide, it only has a 1-1.1" flat cutting edge. Removing .040 per pass, the sides never snag. Using the Amana tool database for Fusion 360 leaves uncut areas as it assumes a full 1.5" cut is possible. The upgraded DLC coated cutting plotters come in a pack, so be prepared to pay over $75. I've used standard woods and they work fine with MDX, walnut and hard maple. .

Pros
  • Power & Hand Tools
Cons
  • Obsolete
