Catches everything and is EASY to clean

Amazing. Replaced my mushroom with this one and never look back. If you hate shrimp because they can't be cleaned, this is for you! You don't even have to take it out, just wipe the top with a tissue and voila.

When using the product, water does not flow out of the bathtub

When using the product, water does not flow out of the bathtub. It catches hair well but the water fills up to my ankles when I use the product. This is really problematic because the bathroom is more difficult to clean afterwards.

AmazerBath Shower Hair Trap

This style is perfect for your bathtub drain. I have to place a bath mat on the edge to hold it up as the prongs on the bottom are too small for a snug fit. But this design allows for maximum water flow while grabbing the hair. Hair is easy to pull out after showering.

Mold growth on sanitary fittings

After 3 months of use in my bathtub, despite constant cleaning, the plastic turned black because mold had grown into the material. In the first month of use, it kept jumping out of the drain hole itself. Very difficult to clean, even soaking in pure vinegar didn't help. Hair and soap get caught in the "teeth" of the base that sits in the drain and is quite a hassle to clean. The holes are also too small, so the drain gets clogged as soon as hair gets on it while showering.
