This bolt kit is very handy to attach the seat to the bike. It replaces a standard screw that requires a tool to remove. Now I can remove the seat without tools.

Easy to assemble, does what it's supposed to, makes getting your Harley seat in and out a lot easier. The original bolt/nut fell apart so I still need a new one. I should have switched to a thumbscrew many years ago.

Bought the red version of this seat bolt. I love that I don't have to hunt around with a screwdriver to make sure my seats are secure. It is convenient to turn on and off the seat. In the sun, however, the brilliant red quickly faded to a dull pink. High-quality workmanship, but poor color rendering.

Had to twist (bend out) a bit to install the mounting post for my 4 point. docking equipment. I didn't need any tools for this part. The video says that 3 holes for the backrest and 4 bottom mounting holes were pre-drilled in the box. There weren't any, but they were clearly marked inside as to where to drill. Also, the kit did not include mounting brackets to attach the box to the rack. watch the video It helped a lot. All in all still a good buy.
