I really need something affordable and durable for my daughter's shoes and lunch box as she usually throws her stuff on the floor when she gets home. It was a great option. The padding could be better, but does the job.

Hardly any screws are used in assembly. The other things holding it together serve no real purpose, they just fall out. I smeared them with gorilla glue to hold them together. If it's together, it's ok. If it hadn't looked like a super study, I would never have started it. And if one of my pretty heavy friends comes, I won't let you sit on him.

Not as big as I was hoping. It's much lower than the ground, so it will be far to sit on it. I wouldn't recommend sitting on it either as the wood is cheap and flimsy and I feel like you'll fall to the ground if you try to use it as a bench. I wanted to use it for the mud room, but it's too weak and small for that. I will take it and use it as decoration in my office.

For the price it was a good buy. I wanted a small bench to sit on and store shoes/sundries. There was a part of the instructions that was unclear and really frustrating because it has instructions with pictures, but once I figured it out it was pretty straight forward. Properly set up I think it feels very solid contrary to many of the reviews that have been claimed. The size is good for my small space.

Used to create a small breakfast nook big enough for four. but i got them because of the cost and the description said they were easy to wash which is just a blatant FALSE but the canvas is easy to put on and take off to wash. Too bad I shouldn't order extra pillowcases during the time to buy to replace them. Otherwise they seem pretty sturdy for what they are and perfect for our little family.

dowels too loose to hold parts in place. I tried twisting and assembling but the pieces just fell apart. I'm currently trying to glue them on with wood glue but can't tell if that works until the glue dries. The board splintered easily, and then when the structure collapsed, a 1 inch wide piece just fell off a corner. I would send it back but I have to take it to a UPS store and it is heavy and would be very difficult to repackage. I would love to throw all the parts in the trash but I'll try…
