🧥 Stay Warm and Stylish with Amazon Essentials Boys' Polar Fleece Vest Review

I had a few setbacks with the first basic Revain products, so it was a few years before I was ready to try them again. I bought this vest with little hope knowing I could easily return it if I didn't want to. The quality surprised me. It was soft, didn't fade after the first few washes, the material doesn't pill, and baby loves it. Ideal!

Great price for a school uniform vest BUT the reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the item description says it has zip pockets, that's why I've chosen this among others, but it's not! Frustrated because my son loves keeping "treasures" in his pockets and loves having a zip closure to keep them safe - so frustrated he didn't have the zipped pockets he claimed but the fit and feel is good .

These vests are ideal for active toddlers. I bought a pair for my 2 year old son to wear to kindergarten. They're light and comfortable and offer just the right amount of warmth. Landing on the dense side. Great for those cold autumn and spring days that start off cold but get warmer much later. If it's below 50 degrees outside, I put on a down jacket.

This is a little below my expectations. My previous items from this brand have exceeded my expectations and I expected the same from this one. I think the material is thicker than what you get on the outside. The size is true to size. I have XS and M and both are perfect for my two boys. I was expecting it to be a bit larger on the XS, but it was just right. I bought this for the boys so they can stay at school in case they need an extra layer in the cold weather.

Note: My slim adult male is 5ft 3in tall. Good weight as a complement under a heavier jacket or as a top layer in a warmer jacket. Weather. Mine was thin on the torso so won't work as a top layer unless you're the right size. Also, the armholes are quite small but have elastic piping. The pockets are spacious (no zipper). I love these vests! They are great for layering, my kids love them. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because there is a large label on the inside of the neck (where you can write your baby's name). The way the label is sewn onto the vest leaves a jagged edge making it very uncomfortable! I used a seam ripper and removed the tag, it only took a few minutes and it didn't damage the material.
