Comfortable t-shirt for running. I've used it a few times and am happy with its performance. The material is soft and moves well with me. The seams do not impede or impede movement. The fit was looser than I expected and I probably should have gone down a size. But otherwise it's a very good shirt.

I've worn medium pants with 33" sleeves for almost 50 years and those sleeves were way too long. Dropped them off at the UPS store and received credit immediately.

Women wearing from M to L. I bought the men's S because all women's track tops are pink, pastel, and black. Burgundy is a beautiful shade of brown. Yes the sleeves are long but I use mine for running so it was nice to cover my arms when it's cold. I was able to roll up my sleeves as soon as I started and it didn't bother me at all. I got it at an incredible price on Black Friday and I probably wouldn't have bought it at full price. The quality is similar to the $8 Wally World mesh training top.
