High-Quality 4-inch Microfiber Paint Roller Covers: 24-Pack by Amazon Basics Review

Best roll cover I have ever used. Holds incredible amounts of paint with no drips and very little spatter. After 3 full days of painting with just one coat I was left with a tiny bit of lint, cheap enough to throw away but good enough for a fine finish.

I bought these trucks at a great price for touch up and repair projects. I couldn't be happier. For less than $0.50, this is a cheap option to touch up a room or two and then just throw away. Fantastic quality for the price and they fit my existing 4 inch wall or no problem. I've seen other people say they don't spin well, but I think it may be because the roller frame is dirty. Mine seems to be struggling but I understand there was some dried paint on the metal part.

Use this to cover my roof with white Henri Solar Flex to reduce my electricity bill for cooling in summer. Worked better than regular store bought rollers to cover thickness due to mop style (better than wool, don't use the foam it absorbs to apply thinly). It also doesn't seem to wear off anytime soon. The inexpensive package helped, because most of the time you only get 1-2 rolls of hard latex paint. This pack did the trick, I cleaned up the extras and put some unused extras away for later.

Perfect in every way. I opened the sealed bag to let the roller covers "fluff". Very efficient paint usage with KILZ2. It's 40 degrees today. My mistake in my rush to start painting was to press the first cover too hard onto the Shure Line handle, resulting in the roller cover not spinning freely. So I was more careful with the second case. I could have washed it but I bought 2 packs. Very nice smooth finish. If I can find this 2" or 3" Shur-Line reel cap and grip kit, I'll buy those too.

In the description they are listed as 1/2" and 3/8" in several places. I believe they are actually 1/2", but they are closer to 3/8" in terms of performance. This is mainly due to the fact that the pile is very dense. This density is the drop of this product. That's how long it takes for the color to penetrate the core of the pile. I am a professional painting company. After receiving these videos, I looked at some of the negative reviews. Thought I'd add a comment or two. All the rolls in my order appear to be free rolling. This is better than what I can say about the Whiz reels I usually use. They often stick. I haven't painted with them yet, but I'll say I can't "press" them much. In any case, it is best to simply vacuum the new roller. (By the way, it's not a good idea to use painter's tape to pull off loose fibers…
