A customer would have to show real disdain for letting something fall apart when it's as obvious as seeing through the bag itself where half a dozen threads are falling off, no less on both. It wasn't my first choice but I'm glad I chose them. After the first wash, the dryer had a lot of lint (we found it was good to wash them in two separate loads, the odor trap would clog with lint if the dryer could hold both towels!) and they are incredibly soft. I bought these towels for my high school student to use for swim team training and they are perfect! They're big enough for him to dry off but not big enough to carry around in his bag all day before a workout. The weave of the towel is nice and loose so the towel is absorbent and cozy.
