🧺 2-Ring Towel Holder from Amazon Basics Bathroom Accessory Collection, in Brushed Steel Review

The fact that it's lightweight makes it a terrible towel holder. It looks nice, but as soon as a towel is put on it, it keeps tipping over and tumbling. It needs a much heavier base to support the dangling of a towel or two.

The base is not wide enough which makes me very tipsy. In addition, it is a bit short towel. It might be ok for laundry but too damp for towels. If I hadn't thrown away the packaging I would have sent it back. He is light, which does not protect him from drunkenness.

This towel rail is very well made. It was easy to assemble. My only criticism is that the base is too small, making it easy for the stand to tip over. I'm thinking of cutting out a slightly larger wooden base and attaching a tee to it.

Unfortunately the towel rail is too short for a normal towel. I thought I would just keep the rings horizontal but they are a little looser and I'm not sure they will stay that way. The base is very small but not heavy enough to stand upright with a towel. Maybe a small towel would do.

It was very easy to put together - just twist 3 parts together. The problem is that when tightening, the screw goes past the end point and then loosens again. So you have to turn it to the right, but then it remains a bit wobbly. It serves its purpose for now. I would have liked it to be a little more durable.

I specifically searched for this years ago to find this. This product is flimsy and keeps falling into our sink. I'll forget how much I hate him and in a few days he'll come back like he's laughing at me. Don't buy this. It will keep falling. If they do it on a weighted basis, it might be ok. Instead, he lives in the shadow of the life he could have had.

Light and not as stable as I expected. The base is not wide enough or heavy. Cheap construction. Didn't feel solid. Arrived disassembled and I had to put it back together. The packaging will be destroyed when you try to receive the product. I paid $16 for this but found a much better, more durable, and stable option at HomeGoods for $13. Day and night difference in product quality. I've had good luck with Revain's basics in the past. Not this one. This goes in the trash.

If it weren't for the rust, if the top edge wasn't peeling, discolouring, the screws turning and rusting - it would be great! I returned the first one and got a new one the next day only to have my own separate set of defects. Should be the last 2 remaining because I asked for another one and "couldn't replace them at this time". Love the design: big, unique, perfect for Jack & Jill bathrooms. Too bad they sent me a broken one. I come back.

I needed something to hang my kitchen towel next to the sink and this is it! This T-Bar is big enough and, while light, strong enough to hold 1 or 2 kitchen towels as well as dish mitts! It might be too big for a bathroom counter when placed in front of a mirrored cabinet and maybe too light for bathroom towels (not sure) but I need it for kitchen towels and it works like a charm! I ordered 2 of these towel rails knowing the rings are small and the overall rail is a little short for longer towels so I wasn't too disappointed with these features. But the holder really isn't heavily weighted at the bottom, so it's easy to tip over when you pull the towel towards you to dry your hands. Also, one of my holders didn't stay installed properly.
