This works great while we're holding a finger towel in our bathroom. It doesn't tip over. I'm taking off a star because the bottom is flat, water gets in but can't dry. I bought some plastic adhesive bumpers and glued them to the bottom to fix the problem.

He's well built and looks like the picture but he is Tiny. It doesn't fit regular size towels, only small ones like face towels or washcloths. A real towel gathers at the bottom and doesn't dry out, and the towel is also a few inches wider than the counter.

Not for towels as advertised. (Yes, I should have checked the measurements and/or measured a standard towel.) I guess it will hold finger towels well, but this is definitely not a towel holder. Doesn't look too cheap on a dressing table (but I couldn't see it at the time because it was tucked under a regular sized towel).

Bought because I didn't want to hang the towel warmer on the wall. Everything is OK. The bottom shelf isn't high enough to prevent the towels from being dragged over the counter (I end up folding the towel and hanging it on the side) and I use the back shelf for a decorative towel as it's hard to reach is when two towels are hanging. The base doesn't look high quality, but for the price everything is fine. I would buy another one if I saw one I liked/thought it would work.

Simply put, it's not big enough for what it's supposed to be. I bought this with the intention of using a taller rod to drape our kitchen towels that we use to dry our hands and a shorter one to dry our microfiber kitchen towels. There is enough space between the two poles so you don't have to worry about anything touching. But the taller bar isn't high enough or wide enough for a standard kitchen towel. The overall look is really good, but it needs a little touch up.

I have had this towel rail for 4 months now so felt uncomfortable asking for a refund. However, I am VERY dissatisfied with it as it has been rusting for several months. I cleaned the rust as best I could (I didn't want to rub too hard for fear of scraping the white paint off) and then sprayed clear rustoleum on it. It still looks pretty sticky. I would NOT recommend this product. BTW, I'm very careful not to get it wet, so I have no idea how it rusts so easily.

I had to laugh at myself for not paying attention to details. This kinda got me looking for full size bath towels (to put next to my hot tub) but this is for hand towels/washcloths. My girlfriend and I laughed at my mistake for about 20 minutes trying to think of fun ways (with 4 towels) to dry off and then run from the hot tub to the house in the middle of winter. I bought this stand to put next to the kitchen sink. I was looking for a stand to hang my kitchen towels to dry. The stand has a nice modern aesthetic look. On the front t-shirt I hang a smaller kitchen towel to be used for washing, and on the back t-shirt I hang a large kitchen towel to dry my hands and dishes once folded.
