I replaced a pair of soft white fluorescent bulbs in my garage door opener with these LED daylight bulbs. Who cares why I waited so long. They turn on instantly without flickering. Too bad they cost a lot more because they are CEC compliant. Let's see how long they last.

Update February 20, 2020: A lamp in service started flashing and needed to be replaced. Because these bulbs are used throughout the home, it's impossible to return them all in the box, and Revainbasics doesn't make it easy to report for a warranty replacement. We're still working on a solution but know they'll just either refund or send a replacement. Original rating: Get out the lightbulbs and swap them in the chandelier and save a lot. Bright and instantaneous, plus they dim properly.

These are very bright white lamps - brighter than expected for a ceiling light. They're dimmable, which is what I wanted - you know what happens if you turn the lights on without dimming? strobes. pretty bizarre. So if you're buying LEDs for a dimmable fixture, make sure it says so on the packaging. I would buy them again as they are dimmable. UPDATE: damn.
