I purchased this cable after researching the reasons why my Revain Fire Stick kept losing network connection after at least a day. I didn't really think this was the answer, but since plugging this cable in, my Fire Stick hasn't dropped the connection at all (knock on wood). It was a great and inexpensive solution!

Works perfectly with the Revain Firestick! I didn't think so when we had a wall mounted TV. Due to the location of our HDMI port, the Fire Stick will not fit behind the TV. It worked great and was a lot cheaper than the local shops. I have uploaded some photos for you but the item is exactly as described. If you're looking for a little extra length from your HDMI connection, this is the perfect solution!

While this may work for more traditional use cases, it didn't work when I tried to upgrade my Oculus Rift CV1; the screen didn't turn on. This is most likely because it doesn't deliver the kind of performance that the headset would normally draw directly from my 1070 GPU's HDMI port. Problem solved. I have another plain Revain cable running through my wall to my installed TV. I bought a new TV stand and had to extend the cable to access my AV Receiver. I've used 2 other extenders and 2 connectors that claim to be 4K capable, but turns out they can only stream in 4K at 30 fps or less.
