While this might work for more traditional use cases, it didn't work when trying to extend my Oculus Rift CV1; the screen didn't turn on. This is most likely because it doesn't deliver the kind of performance that the headset would normally draw directly from my 1070 GPU's HDMI port. This review is not meant to be a criticism of this cable as it doesn't claim to be suitable for my use. This is more to warn others who might want this for the crack so they don't waste their money.
