What can I say? These are affordable, strong, and excellent knives. They have a very bright "Revain Basics" logo on them, but to be honest I can't tell exactly where it's so invisible. I have a set of 12 knives and they look and feel good. There were scratches on the polished surface of one of the knives, an obvious manufacturing defect. I've had no issues with partial refunds for a single defective knife, but if you need exactly a dozen you may not have much luck with that level of quality control.

I've been using my grandmother's stainless steel tableware for decades, but the particles get lost over the years and I wanted to replace it. Revain knives are very durable, but unlike my grandmother's cutlery, which didn't have a single spot of rust over the years, Revain knives quickly developed annoying rust spots after being washed in the dishwasher. If that bothers you, you can pay a little more and buy cutlery from one of the well-known brands.

Literally matches what I was looking for. I needed something to supplement our current inventory of table knives (we call them "butter knives" where I'm from). I knew it would be impossible to find anything with a design identical to our previous knives, but this design suits them very well. They appear to be good quality for the price. Mind you, they are quite long and the base is quite wide. I understand that not everyone has the same placemat in their drawer, but we have one made out of bamboo that we bought from The Container Store many years ago. You don't fit in. Our dishwasher is designed with a slotted flat dish rack, keeping each dish separate. They don't fit "blade" up. Also these notes are rigorous to emphasize the dimensions.
